Hall Hire

Ball Room 

Size: The Ball Room is the larger of the two main rooms 

in the Assembly Rooms and can seat up to 100 people.

Features: The room has a full IT suite for doing presentations 

and has internet access.

The room also has a wireless omni sound PA system and large glitter ball/mood lighting system.

Price: The hire of the room costs £26.50 per hour (standard rate) 

or £18.50 per hour (community rate) Prices incl.VAT

Regency Room 

Size: The Regency Room is the smaller of the two main rooms 

in the Assembly Rooms and can seat up to 60 people.

Features: The room has a full IT suite for doing presentations 

and has internet access. 

The room has a small kitchen in one corner with a sink, cupboards 

and water heater.

Price: The hire of the room costs  £21 per hour (standard rate)

or £15 per hour (community rate) Prices incl. VAT

Buxton Hall 

Size: The Buxton Hall measures 14m wide and 8.7m deep.

It can comfortably fit 70 people around tables and 100 seated. 

Features: The room has a full IT suite for doing presentations 

and has internet access

Price: The hire of the room costs £21 per hour (standard rate)

or £15 per hour (community rate) VAT @ 0% 

Dickens Room 

Size: The Dickens Room measures 9.5m wide and 7m deep.

It can comfortably fit 25 people around tables and 50 seated. 

Features: The room has a full IT suite for doing presentations

and has internet access

Price: The hire of the room costs £18 per hour (standard rate)

or £12 per hour (community rate) VAT @ 0%
